I have never really used a microphone before and ordered this for an event that I needed to host with 160 attendees at a restaurant. Given the price I was dubious of how well it would work, but I was shocked that it was just perfect. There was no hissing or buzzing, etc. It just flat out worked. I used the Pyle PT-110 Amp in combination with a really nice home speaker that I have and felt there was power to spare and everyone could hear me well. Keep in mind, 160 people is no joke and a good size. I just plugged it in, turned on the amp and plugged in the speaker and I was off and running. Impressive, especially for this price.

The saying, 34;you get what you pay for34; covers this mic. There is no on/off on the mic, quality of voice pick-up is weak having to speak relatively loud and in close to the mic. Would not buy again. Guess this will serve as a cheap back-up.

I loved this microphone so much!! It has amazing quality and a comfortable grip. I had the best time using it with my friends for karaoke for about two weeks... until it just completely stopped working :(

Great value on basic, sturdy vocal microphone for speeches. The cable included with them is useful for its 1/434; plug, which is easier to use with budget sound systems. The sound was excellent and the price is right.

This mic is adequate for amature use. The reviews make it sound like some kind of miracle. It is not. I returned both due to their poor sound quality. I did however get one for my 9yr old.

I was honestly expecting cheap light plastic and mediocre quality but was surprised to see very solid build and sound quality for what you pay. Nice Surprise!
