The CD slot mount and included vent mount, for vehicles without a CD player, attach to the holder with an adjustable ball-joint. Find the perfect angle and tighten down the ball-joint for a secure hold. The universal holder's heavy duty plastic top and bottom grips safely hold smartphones up to 3-1/4" wide and up to 6-1/3" tall. Please avoid looking at your smartphone while driving.
One touch CD slot mount is the most secure way to hold your smartphone. It uses the outer part of your vehicle's CD player which has no effect on the inner workings of the CD mechanics. The one touch trigger quickly installs the slot mount into your CD player. To uninstall flip the trigger in the opposite direction and the mount pulls right out. Other CD slot mounts require you to turn a thumb screw until you think it is tight enough every time you install it and unscrew to uninstall. The package includes rubber spacers for CD players that need a tighter fit.
This wireless smartphone car charging kit also includes a fast charging USB lighter plug and a USB-A to micro USB cable. The lighter plug puts out 5 VDC 2.1A, 9 VDC 1.6A, and 12 VDC 1.2A, and the holder wirelessly puts out 5 VDC 1A or 9 VDC 1.1A. Your smartphone determines the output voltage for the fastest charging rate up to 10W. Use the 3 ft. USB cable to connect the lighter plug to the wireless charging holder.
