This knee brace is very effective. It supports my knee very well and allows me to exercise with no pain. However it will slide down your leg if you want in it Its best used son a bicycle or exercise cycle or rowing machine. anything in a seated position so it stays in place.

My husband was waiting for a scheduled knee replacement and was having trouble getting around with his constant pain. These did great at minimizing pain even when he slept at night. They wash well and I air dried them to prevent stretching or shrinkage but was not a problem!

i measure as instructed, but the upper thigh has to be so tight in order to stay up, that it can hurt at times. even ordered different sizes. Also my knee doctor said they really no compression for the knee. said there no way this is 20 - 30 mmhg. i would try a different brand.

My measurements are 14 1/2 inches, on the high end of Medium. I wanted firm support, and this is what these give me. They are very comfortable, and I wear them all day. The band at the top that has the silicone beading is a little bit tight, so I turned it over, they don't slide down. I am 5'4" and weight 150. I did what the Web site suggested and ordered the size that would give me a tighter fit. Very satisfied with the fit and color Beige.

These sleeves have been a lifesaver and offer strong support throughout the day. I've gone through at least ten different brands and this one has the right level of comfort, it doesn't roll down, and the nude color helps it not to stand out so much with a variety of outfits. I've bought multiple pairs now so I can use them throughout the week. Definitely recommend this one.
