Convenient for trail pack or fanny bag. Appears to be good quality and has a "catch" that keeps it from folding while you are trying to use it, but folds easily when you want it folded!

I ordered this because sometimes I need to pick something out of one of my pony's hooves and don't want to walk all the way back to get the full-size pick. I can carry this around in my pocket so I always have a pick when I need one.<br /><br />I wouldn't rely on it for everyday use; a full-size pick likeThe Ultimate HoofPickwill do a MUCH better job. But there's no way I could carry a monstrosity like that in my pocket.

Got them as a present for my parents who just got into owning horses. They loved them. Small and can fit easily in a pocket for those in between moments to loosen a small stone or a bit of gunk. It made the perfect stocking stuffer.
