The gather in the back is nearer my butt than my waist; I agree with others that say it seems to be made to be 'unisex', by trying to fit women and men. Otherwise, I do like the fabric and the pockets. OK for the price, and I would buy another if it also came in red.

Great vest. I generally wear a size 12 top (sometimes up to a 14), this one fit me like a 16 (or more)

Loveee wearing this with my work scrubs. It's cute and efficient and I get compliments on it. I'm 5'1, 135 lbs and got an xsmall, fits perfect. It's made to run big I believe

Ok product. Runs big. I prefer snaps instead of buttons. Only has Single pockets vs double in the short sleeve. I like the vest at work to keep me cooler.

Order down a size or two, it runs large. I typically wear size M to L in tops, I ordered a L and it was huge on me, returning for a small.
