For people comparing the “once daily” with “men’s multi” - the serving size for the multi one is 2 tablets and for once daily is 1 tablet. Both the products are good. Writing this for information purposes.

I purchased these for a friend interested in taking a multivitamin. I use the one for women and appreciate the fact that they are vegan and I can digest them without getting an odd aftertaste and or burping. No smell and no unnecessary fillers. Help with my blood counts so I know they are effective.

My urine is yellow every I consume it. I think it is because of too much B12 per capsule. Average necessity is 2.4 mcg, but each tablet has 7.2 mcg.

Are you kidding. You want to be seen as reputable? And you vitamins are 100 USDA!! All should know that those requirements are low by 10fold. I'll move on and look for a company that really knows WTF is going on or cares

I have taken many multivitamins in my time and after all these years I have came upon and settled on these! Love that they are a single once daily pill, derived from natural sources, organic, have some leafy greens and fruits as well. Really excellent overall and I really trust this brand. Taking them for months now with no negative affects and no discoloration to urine that I have seen with other products. I haven’t seen any extreme positive affect either but I didn’t expect too, just want to make sure I am getting all my nutrients. I highly recommend giving these supplements a try for men if you want a single pill that contains almost all you need

Being that this supplement gets all the vitamins from food derived sources, I feel more confident in my body absorbing the nutrients compared to the cheaper options out there. Yes, it is a bit more pricey, but what's the point of buying cheaper options if your body does not absorb them well. Out of all the brands out there, this one seems like the most reasonable one-a-day option for people that do not want to swallow a ton of vitamins. It is a pretty large pill though, so if you have a hard time with pills, that may be an issue, but I still recommend this as the first choice for your multivitamin needs.

I was looking for a good quality organic multivitamin that I didn't have to take a million times a day. I already take several supplements and I didn't want a 3 times a day multivitamin. It has a lot of plant base ingredients in which I need because I live a low carb high fat lifestyle. I continue to buy this product regularly.

I have been taking these for years (Garden of Life Organics) and stand by them after much research. The quality of the ingredients are very good. Year after year my labs look great. Can't attribute all that to these but they help augment for those of us not always eating the RDAs of fruits and vegetables. Bioavailability is always much better on organics so there is that as well.
