They work well enough. They are more rigid plastic than soft and I had one snap in half easily. Good shape but would be better if they were a flexible plastic or stiff silicon material.

This tool works great in a stainless steel bowl to make chopped salads without damaging the bowl.

Worth every penny. Fits perfectly with the kitchenaid stand mixer bowl, and just enough flex/rigidity to scrape with
