It's great for uncovering and clearing out of anchored bases that you couldn't utilize on a ball field. The field we utilize has bases anchored at 60' or men's softball league the bases are 65' regulation.

This took works great for cleaning out the pins of an anchor base. The piece fits perfectly in the hole to get all the dirt out so you can place the base on. I recommend this tool for easy cleaning.

Every coach runs into situations where you need a tool like his to get the bases in properly. This has been a lifesaver many times. I always carry one in my equipment bag.

if you've ever tried to dig the dirt out of the base holder with your fingers or a key, you will LOVE this simple tool. Great idea, only wish I had known about it years ago. I bought one for each field in our little league and they work great.
