A nice, well-made bowtie that is a little smaller than most others I have; I have a 17-inch neck and had to the put the adjuster tee in the last slot (there are no size markings). The tee itself is metal, not plastic, but was bent in a couple of places. Squeezing it back flat with a pair of pliers was no problem. Overall, I am very happy . . . in a bowtie wearing kind of way.

self-tie bow ties are timeless and classy. this one is a cheap price and for that you get a cheap fabric, but it's still worth it in my book! People are often impressed by my self-tie bow ties. if you want a starter to practice on, well... this may be your huckleberry!

I ordered this bowtie for an event so I ordered it in a timely fashion to make sure I got it in time...When I got it I was excited because I was going to be the freshest guy at this particular event...when I opened the package I almost cried...it was a pre-tied all black baby bowtie I mean literally a toddler could wear this tie...i expected a self tie black and white poke a dot bowtie! I had to change outfits and I personally want to thank top tie aka toddler tie for bending me over with no lube and taking the biggest L of my life.

I bought this as a gift for my son a while back and we were both impressed by the high quality, value, and looks. One suspects that marketing it as a Dr. Who bow tie would allow its seller to charge much more. As for now, it's a good bow tie and well worth the money.

I bought this thinking that it would be a quality bow tie for a little less, but I got what I paid for. The shape, after countless tries, looks nothing how a bow tie should look (and this isn't user error). Do not buy this product, spend a little more for something better.

This tie isn't high quality, but at the price it's okay. Threads are popping out with one wearing and I don't foresee a long life for it.

I have a vast assortment of self tie bow ties in my collection and I have to say that this is a great tie for the price. The material is polyester so it's not the best out there but it beats spending $50 to $60 for a "designer" bow tie. It is a smooth tie meaning it is easy to set and adjust. It is a really strong and durable tie for fanboys or beginner bow tie wearers.

This silk bow tie is a great value. You will enjoy.The only thing is thatthere are not any numbers on the adjustment part of the bow tie.

I purchased this tie for my grandson who is about to graduate this year ,he was very pleased with this item he said the quality of the material was very good; and the packaging was excellent .The white polkadots on the black bow tie really caught his eye ,he said only grown men wear self tie bow ties .Thanks Proud Grandma...

As one of the other reviewers observed, this tie is much like the one(s) Winston Churchill frequently wore. It's a very stately and beautiful tie; conservative but not boring. If you're attending an event that's listed as "Black Tie" - that used to automatically mean "Tuxedo" - but it doesn't anymore. That definition probably changed once and for all by the mid-1990's. A dark suit, white shirt and this tie will fit the bill nicely for any "Black Tie" event. If you want a more traditional, conservative look with a suit, sweater, or just a dress-shirt, this tie will work exceptionally well, giving your wardrobe a boost. It shipped quickly and arrived in perfect shape. The price was certainly right as well.

The bow tie quality is wonderful, and is perfect for my soon to be brother-in-law. The fabric is a high-quality silk and is sturdy. I've had ties before that lose shape, this one feels like it is going to hold up to regular wear.I am exceptionally pleased with the quick delivery of the bow tie. I'm a big Churchill fan, and I like this tie. As a physician, I like bow ties in general, as they don't get dirty as the long ones do. This allows me to indulge my liking for history and be well dressed.
