So happy with this purchase. This is a great workout. I bought boxing gloves and also PRO IMPACT Boxing/MMA Handwraps 180". Hand wraps and boxing gloves are a must before using this or any punching bag. I like that there is body on this bag so that I can accurately throw hooks, and upper cuts.

after 1 week using it i am happy with this product...i wish i had bought a good DVD to set up a training program.... it does move a lot even when filled up....every other reps you have to move it back into position(the base)...

Moves around too much when you hit it. This thing would only be practical for women and small children. Any serious fighter won't get much out of this. Buy the heavy bag instead.

I love my Bob! But...some of the screw come loose and will even fly off if I get to crazy on it...this last time I tightened them all up as tight as I could but I haven't really gone off on it lately since then.

Arrived on time, and has been perfect for myself a military vet, and my teenage sons. The height is adjustable, and it can definitely take a beating. I level the base outdoors and cover with a tarp to protect it from the elements, but the actual dummy is easily removed simply by lifting it off with a quick twist, and that is kept inside. Easy to clean, and much more realistic training than just pounding on a standard heavy bag.

Very good light weight work out bag. Pro's: Adjustable height. Durable foam and dense. Con's: Can't hit it with a lot of power. Maybe a bit over priced. It is an excellent work out for anyone!
