Okay I totally bought these on a whim after I saw this booty slider commercial. I thought wow! I could totally get into shape sliding around back and forth. These booties actually work, but sliding is a lot harder than I thought, especially if you don't have a slide board. It also requires a lot of knee control. Having weak knees it wasn't such a good idea...but these booties totally work!
