Love how this thing works. Never knew you could get so much use out of a flat ball. LOL Well, slightly flat... Really supports back well when doing many moves, especially sit ups and twists.

Perfect Therapy Ball for Wall Squats. I'm 6 '3 195lbs and it sure make wall squats more difficult than larger therapy balls. No chemical smell either.

I am using this ball on myself for knee replacement physical therapy. I discovered that the UK uses these small balls a lot in the PT for this kind of surgery. It even has a free App showing how, which I downloaded and used on my ipad mini. I had to find the ball though and it is not easy finding these smaller exercise balls. Everyone wants those real big ones. However, you have to be fairly far along to use one of those big ones on a knee replacement regimen. This smaller ball you can use from the start of your recovery with your feet, your ankles, anywhere on your leg actually. I have found it a tremendous help and recommend its use highly. I had my surgery at the Cleveland Clinic and then 30 days in Skilled Nursing. I never saw one of these used. This has been as big a help as workouts in my condo swimming pool with my knee.

Way smaller than I thought it would be. Ordered it based on the ages it would fit, but 12 just is too small, even too low for a toddler table from Ikea. I do know what 12 is--it's not that. It's just that sitting at 12 is too low. My child just plays with the ball and sits on it just to goof off on it, not actually to use at her table as I had envisioned. But it is super sturdy. It's a great little ball--very thick material.

The description of this product says that the ball supports 600lbs. However the user manual that comes with the ball says a maximum weight of 270lbs which is a significant difference.The circumference around the ball measures 42 inches. The ball stands about 11 inches tall.

We inflated the ball as instructed. It was quite hard and sticky and one morning I found that it had bursted into two pieces.

This ball came really fast however it was a lot smaller than I expected. I wanted it for me and my daughter to excercise together. She's four. It also had a funky smell to it. But still good quality

This ball arrived with sticky, melted -like chemical stuff on it. It almost looks and feels as if the entire ball itself melted. I am asking for a refund, and disappointed, because it's the size I was looking for. I will follow up with seller review.

I gave it 5 stars because it is a perfectly good physio ball (at least it seems so after about 3wks in a home w/ 3 busy young boys). However, I had hoped it would make a good desk chair for my 6yo, and it is just too small for that. I took a chance because I was uncertain how 12" would seem when actually in use. I don't think I'll be able to find something smaller than the adult small but bigger than this one.
