My husband simply loves these extensions. His treadmill caused him to bend over when he walked so we saw these and they are the perfect solution of raising the handlebars up. I would gladly recommend these.

I purchased this for my mother’s wheelchair. My father made compliants his wrists and back hurt while pushing her to and fro. I took 20 minutes to install. I strongly recommend using a sharp knife to cut away the finger grips that are on the wheelchair. That way there is more contact between the accessory and handle of the wheelchair. They show you can bracket over the original handle but it is a very poor idea and makes difficult for the hardware to thread and slippage is caused. Once installed my father who is 6 foot tall was absolutely overjoyed. He said it was a great accessory and he noticed this from the very moment they were on. Must buy to assist in pushing people especially if the person pushing is tall. Prevents bending over while pushing.

I am Six Feet Three inches tall and I was having to bend over to push my elderly mother around and it was killing my back. With the handles in place pushing my mother around is much easier and my back is not bothering me as much now.
My only complaint is that I have a screwdriver but not the 3/8 wrench which I had to borrow
