I am just under 6ft, 170lbs. I got a large, and they fit fine. At first, I was nervous with the pad in them because it felt like it would rub in all the wrong places. However, after I started my race, I didn't experience any discomfort. The shorts dried very quickly on the biking portion of the triathlon, and they were super comfortable for the run. Then I just hung out in them for a while because the fit so well. I did have a slight issue when I ordered the product. I got a notification that my package was delivered 4 days before I expected it to. It wouldn't have been bad, but the address it was delivered to was on the opposite side of the country. Within 2 days of notifying the company, my shorts were delivered, and I had them in time for my race.

These are absolutely fantastic. Just did my first beginner's tri and these felt so comfortable I wasn't aware of them on either the swim, bike or run. I'm 6'234; and about 180 lbs. with a 34' waist so I listened to some of the other reviewers and got the next larger size, the XXL. It originally felt tight so I thought I may have made a mistake. However, in use they were perfect.

Absolutely loved these shorts. Actually wore them for my Ironman Triathlon (140.6 miles)!
