Very easy to assemble. You do need a bag of sand to put inside, so it does not float. I love them. It looks so nice in my pool. The kids love them too, much better than a ladder.

Arrived on time and they are easy to install. My 14 year old grandson installed ours. I love that you don't have to use sand bags to hold it down. They are sturdy and easy to clean

The steps are great once they are in the water. The kids love them. My issue is that the bottom step on the backside broke (plastic cracked all the way through but was still hanging towards the top of the break) as we lifted it from the deck into the pool. We did not notice that it was broke until our pool water level started diminishing. As I looked for holes in the pool I found the break. It had cut through just above where the pool bottom and side meets. We did not drop the steps nor did we feel it catch on anything (I assembled it on the deck and my wife helped lift them up and into the pool). My guess is that the crack happened when I moved the steps on the deck. For what this item cost me I would have thought the steps to be of better quality.

Worst customer service and product that I have ever purchased . Right out of the box it was broken in a few spots and rippled in a few also. What a nightmare to try and get it returned . I gave up and now waiting on a claim to file . Please be warned!

This is a wonderful addition for any pool and makes it sooo easy for everyone to get in and out !!! Would definitely buy again- wonderful price and prompt arrival.

After fixing the problem on the steps we have totally enjoy them. Several problems with the steps, 1. Rubber guard screw was not conneced in several places. 2. Air holes in over 45 places need punch out. 3. Bottom step foundation was very sharp and cut you. Valerie was a great help.

I had never ordered from Opentip so I was a little apprehensive to spend so much money online without seeing these steps in person. They were the least expensive that I found. I saved over $40 by going thru Opentip. The steps arrived a few days sooner than expected! :) My husband was at work, and I was eager to get them in the pool. Mind you, I am not that mechanically incline, but put them together myself. The directions were a breeze! It was easy to set up and light weight enough that I could move it around. Even though the directions said 2 people to put it in the water, of course I did it by myself. Easy! I did need help to get them exactly where we needed, and screwed into the deck. The steps did not float around and did not need any sand to keep it in place. Do not be scared to order these steps! The best purchase online ever! The fit perfectly in our 27' above ground pool! Great experience, and the steps are just what we were looking for! I ordered these steps on Monday and received them on Thursday mid-day! Perfect. Thanks Opentip for a great experience!!

I really like these pool steps but would have more satisfied if when I purchased them, I was told that a liner mat was included. I purchased a separate pool liner mat which was exactly what came with the steps. I just installed the steps on Monday and we were all using them within the hour.
