The sound of these zills is VERY Tinny. They are a good for a teacher to use as fill in for the very beginner students, but not a serious musical instrument. Do not buy for yourself and do not use for performances.

These are my first zills, so the fact that they are not adjustable and the fit leaves a lot to be desired doesn't bother me too much because I'm just trying it out. Once I get a feel for it, I will get new and much higher quality zills. I'd suggest these is you're brand new to zills, otherwise please purchase a more expensive pair.

I read the info but still thought I was getting a full set (4) cymbals. They are fair sound and quality but not much I can do with just two.

well I expected a little better quality...the finger holders do not stay on cymbals, so I probably will not use them! For the price though it isn't a surprise I won't buy anymore!

They came with a round hole in the center so I had to put alligator clips on the elastic to hold them on. The company refunded my money. They were nice about it.

Great! Shipped quickly! For the price a great deal! The straps for the zills are a little flimsy but over all good product.

It's ok. I got it for my child's musical instrument collection. The cymbals came unattached to the elastic which is straight away a problem as that means that they unattach easily - not great for kids. The sound is ok. Not the best ones I've heard. Wouldn't buy these again.

For a beginner, the cymbals themselves are just fine. They are not ornate looking, made in a faraway land, from the countries most precious brass. They are ordinary looking cymbals, that will get the job done, if you are simply learning the zills. They are not heavy either, and are about two inches in diameter, so they naturally produce a high pitched tinny sound when smacked together. ORDER TWO FOR A SET OF TWO PAIR.The only thing that really bugs me is the elastics, which really makes or breaks an order of cymbals for me. They come pre sewn, and though flat, which would provided comfort, fit too tight. I would NOT buy these again, i opt fora pair where I can adjust the elastics to my fingers.

You need to be clear this set is designed for one handed zilling. In other word buy two set and you will what you wanted

The finger cymbals are what I expected except the straps come out of the holes in the cymbals. They go back in easily however you have to constantly put them back in.

I got them in the mail and they had brass "stains" on them and the edges were harsh to the touch. They sound great though. Make sure you order 2 sets as there are only two in a package.
