Good quality vitamins once a day is what I like.I didn't know that each one is different from each store you purchase it from. The are different from GNC .

This Vitamine Hase been great to Rehe on a daily basis. I'm 35, and started to notice some wear. I had done blood drawn and looked like I was lacking in some areas so I thought it was time to start taking a Vitamine. It's cool cause subscribe and save makes it easy, and you save more on top of it!

So I had been taking these in the evening and waking up with itching in my face. Literally so severe that I would wake up in the middle of the night scratching myself. Also developed skin rash on arms. Finally figured out it was from these vitamins. Looks like lots of people are having the same issue but I had not read the reviews and didn't have a clue. There are so many different herbal ingredients in the mix that I assume it must be from one or some of them. In any case I do not recommend trying this product as it is not worth the risk and I feel for everyone else who bought it and unknowingly suffered like me.

Took this product for a long time while working out. Was having terrible nerve sensations and thought I had MS. After some labs I found out my B6 plasma was over triple the normal blood levels. Turns out this water soluble vitamin has a half life over over a month, taking 500 daily can build up in your body. I had no idea that B6 was toxic to your nerves over normal levels. Well now, over a year later and I'm still suffering. Go look up B6 toxicity for yourself and then decide if a daily supplement with 500 daily value is one you want to buy.

Its a bit big but its ok, the flavor is not my favorite but not the worst out there. over all taking this vitamin makes me feel better then some others out there. i dont feel sick for the next 2-3 hours after with this one. so thank you.
