Combining the efficiency and effectiveness of free weights with the safety and support of a bench, the Preacher Curl Bench is an unmatched arm builder offering the ultimate in upper and lower arm workouts. Curls of every type are enabled using the Curl Bench. Upper arms, forearms and even wrists will benefit from the intensity and effectiveness of bicep curls, tricep curls, wrist curls, palms up and palms down, all of which are possible with this bench. The seat is height adjustable and cushioned, so users of nearly any height can find a comfortable position to work from. The arm pad, which is cushioned too, takes the swinging and swaying out of doing curls, making the exercise a lot more difficult and effective. Thick, protective guards on the bar rails ensure weight bars won't roll away. Making this unit even more multi-functional, the front of the bench is open, providing access to do standing exercises. Optional weight horns are available separately to store weight plates with the unit. Please note this is the Preacher Curl Bench only. Weight bars, weight horns, weight plates, dumbbells and all other accessories are available separately. While assembly is required for the Preacher Curl Bench, no power tools are needed to put this unit together. The seat height is adjustable from 18" to 25". The convenient footprint of 29" x 45" means the Preacher Bench can fit nearly anywhere. Five-legged base is sturdy, secure and won't wobble. Easy to clean needing just a warm, damp cloth and some mild soap.
