I have neuropathy but just discovered in my back (I thought it was just my feet). I had lower back pain chronically for over 10 years but has gotten ten times worse when i recently got a job. I was worried and need all the help I could get for my back. I decided to try this brace. It does not do anything for neuropathy because neuropathy pain is electric but it has helped me overall/keep on pushing to the end of my shift. So it does work and does it job but not for neuropathy(I didn't expect it to)

The only thing I don't like is the back is not firm enough, so it rolls some. It does work anyway. Definitely better than nothing!

I ordered this in one size too large, but it works great. Every few years, my sciatica flares up and the pain almost knocks me to my knees. This brace helps with posture and the compression dramatically eases the pain that radiates down my right leg. This time, my flare-up was under control within a few days without the meds I usually take. Thumbs up!
