Ordered these and didn't pay attention that it was precut. Luckily I only need short pieces for my foot so I divide it in 3's and keep it moving. This tape is great. They don't last more than a day or two for me but it's because I'm placing it on the bottom of my feet so after a shower it loosens up too much. I have a degenerative disease on my feet so my PT has me use this tape to support my metatarsals. Combined with metatarsal pads I'm a new person. I gave some tape to my brother to support his knee and he's loving it, too.

This tape became my best friend during training and doing a marathon. I had Achilles Isis issues, both of them. I could keep the tape on for 4 -5 days at a time. Just be careful how the edges are cut as sometimes it lift quickly. Other than that, it sticks well providing that you follow instructions and cleanse the area and have no lotion/oil on. I always keep a roll or 2 since. The blue color was nice.

KT Tape Pro is my 34;go-to34; product especially after my ankle related injuries. I was introduced to it during physical therapy recovery after ankle surgery to repair tendons and ligaments. I've been using this product for nearly 2 years off and on as needed to help reduce tissue pressure/swelling and relief of minor pain during outdoor activities. The KT Tape holds up well in all my hiking, biking, martial arts, and other sport activities. My kids like to select the colors I get to wear.
