I am extreme happy with this investment. Getting the computer tower off the floor and all my wires organized was a priority of mine. I made a mistake when assembling the holder. I assembled the holder with the handle aiming up, MAKE SURE THE HANDLE IS AMING DOWN. The handle hits the underside of my desk. I would like to flip around to correct but as previous reviewers have stated it's an operation getting the tower in the nylon webbing and secured. Once secured I'm extremely happy. If you on the fence of getting his holder jump on over it's worth it.

Extremely solidly built...perhaps even overbuilt. Installing it under an existing tabletop is tricky, however. It's better to make a drilling template (not supplied, but measurements are). Once you get the computer case lassoed by the straps and snugged into the cradle tightly, your computer isn't going anywhere...but if you plan to be opening up the case at any time, it's a bit of a production and at times a couple of people are very helpful.
There are some irritations with the design that you can easily work around:
1. The handle is mounted to the carriage by threading a nut onto the handle ends, then threading the handle end through its mounting hole in the carriage, then threading another nut onto the handle end and snugging it down tightly. It needs a lockwasher - none are provided.
2. Most CPU towers these days are fairly narrow, which means that you will need to move the carriage clamp rails to nearly the inward limit of their travel. The rails are held by 2 M5 bolts at each corner. 4 holes are provided at each corner of the carriage, but only half of them are threaded. So expect to do a bit of M5 reaming with a tap set.
3. You are instructed to mount the unit with 10 screws. For any modern computer 8 seems plenty, and that's important, because to get the 9th and 10th screw in you have to rotate the carriage 90 degrees. If you are planning to mount your computer close to a leg or solid panel table support, there's not enough room to rotate the carriage. It would have been nice for several reasons if the carriage were removeable.
Once you've dealt with all this, the product works just fine.

This is very solidly constructed and seems to be of quality material. I didn't have anyone to help me install it, so I had to do the installation alone, and that was very difficult. I ended up on my back under the table using both feet to help me hold things as I did the installation. Fortunately, I do Yoga so I'm flexible, but anyone else planning to install this alone will probably be cursing. One thing to be aware of: if your CPU has its power button on the top (like mine), take care during installation and positioning and when you slide the unit back and forth that you've installed it in such a way that the power button doesn't make contact with the unit, or you'll be accidentally cutting power to your CPU.
