Everything is working great. Plenty of high quality wire to send down both sides. Retro fitted my old trailer with this kit and it is working just fine...

This kit came with everything ready to replace the old broken tail lights, only took about 30 minutes of my time.

The lights came with everything I needed, plus, to complete the job. I backed into the edge of the ramp as I was backing my boat into the lake and smashed the tail light to pieces. I replaced it with one of the new ones that came in the kit and have a replacement in case I do it again. Very easy to install.

I bought these by mistake. Thought I had ordered some LED taillights but when they came I realized they were the old style. I was desperate for new lights so didn't send them back since the other reviews were so good. Wish I had. They did go on quickly and they looked much better than the old ones. Didn't bother changing the wiring since it wasn't bad so can't report on the length. They only give you two of the splices and I don't much care for the style they used so I used the blue crimp-on splices and sealed them with silicon. We took the boat out once and carefully disconnected the trailer wiring before putting in. The next time the wife reported the brake lights weren't working. There are no instructions on how to change out the bulbs but you sort of pry off the bottom cover from the center then there is an already rusty Phillips screw which holds the mounting assembly. You have to take the assembly out in order to change the bulb unless you have very small hands. The bulb mounts were totally corroded under the bulbs. I used some fine sandpaper to clean the bulb and the socket and put it back together and it is working again. I'm going to leave the bottom cover off so as to let it drain faster and also so I can shoot some water up in the assembly to wash out the salt. Perhaps it will hold until the end of the boating season but next time I'm going with LEDs. Don't waste your money.

This light kit was straight forward to install, the instructions were adequate. So far, it has performed well with no problems. The visibility is excellent.

The light housings themselves are nice. They fit the trailer flush so the tops of them dont get stepped on like the square ones do.However the mounting hardware is zinc plated. For water use, really? I suggest using the brass ones from your old lights. But the most annoying issue is the length of the supplied wire harness. Its a nice harness with plugs for the lights instead of splicing the wires, but the harness is at least 5' too short! I only have a 19' boat so its about a 22' trailer. If you had a shorter trailer you wouldn't need an 80" width light kit. The harness needs to extend about a foot past the coupler and then snake around the frame out to the 80" width they are made for. It isn't even close! You will have to cut and splice afterall.
