The Rev-A-Shelf seems high quality, and not too hard to install. Just make sure to measure everything and get one that will fit. Everybody loves it, and the soft-closing is nice.

This kit is geared more for industrial use. There is a piston that can not be adjusted to help lessen the resistance. I called Rev-A-Shelf customer service and they recommended Rev-A-Shelf 4WCSC-1835DM-2 Double 35. Installed that kit, and much easier to open and beautiful soft close.

Install proved more difficult than necessary because of odd instructions. Otherwise, I'm really pleased with quality of slider and soft close mechanism. Also, maple base is sturdy and seems ready to last a good while. Would recommend.

Arrived well packaged with clear instructions and extra parts for different installation needs. Easily installed by one person, including assistance getting the cabinet door spaced correctly. Fits perfectly in an 18" cabinet (15" clear opening) for slide out trash bins with drawer above.

This is a very well made item. It is expensive but the construction matches the cost. The unit comes well packaged and easy to set up. Installation is not too bad at all, you do need to do some measuring and math to make sure everything lines up, but there is a good deal of adjustment built-in so that you can fine-tune everything easily. My only complaint is that the hydraulics are a bit stiff. There may be a way to adjust this but I have not looked as of yet.

The maple box and hardware are made well, they are solid, it wasn't difficult to install either, though mine was a little more time consuming because I have an inset door. It takes more effort to open/close than I would've expected. It should, just have to get used to that. I wonder if there's a way to adjust the pressure on the pneumatic closing device...

Its great Just wish it had a soft-close feature But after a little silicone spray on the glides it is very smooth Also the weight of the garbage and recycling seems to help with the smooth closing So glad I got it - no longer have to have the trash under the sink or worse yet out in the open
