This piece is adequate for home use, but like another review said, the "safety bars" are useless in most positions because there is no hole low enough for them when using the bench press. I find the preacher curl is decent for seated rows and curls, but the elbow pad is a tad too narrow for me to use comfortably. I'm a big guy, 6-2 and 280 lbs, but the machine works great for my wife and daughter as well. I have no problem with it's sturdiness, even using significant weight on the bench.Putting it together is a little tricky, and needs to be done very well in order for the seat and leg curl attachment not to wobble, but when I finally got it done right, it's quite solid. I use the machine regularly and I'm quite happy with it. Definitely a good value for the money, and unless it's in a public gym or being misused it's perfectly suitable for any user. A simple dip bar attachment would be a great addition.
