Don't use it allot but when I do it works just fine. I do wish it was a little bigger on the length and width. Thickness is good. Overall it is a nice pillow.

These work really well and can prop you up about 4 inches or so if you have some seats that are too deep for some people. I also use them to get out of the water more sometimes when I'm too hot. I leave them in the spa 24/7 and they haven't disintegrated nor have they started floating around.

At 4'10, I was not able to sit comfortably in our new spa. Kept sliding off the seats, and a couple were too deep to even sit on. Used this cushion the other night and now I can sit comfortably anywhere in the spa. While it is slightly heavy, it is no problem to move around. May want to order another one for short visitors. Time will tell how it holds up.

Seat cushion no..... head rest yes. It has a weighted end to allow it to be used as a head rest. What I received just did not cut it. It's not large enough to sit on, and the cushion wants to float. So, I can't give it more than 1 star.

Don't simply leave this cushion in your hot tub like I did. After four months they become loaded with a brown muck that you will begin seeing in your tub bottom...even with a well maintained (daily) spa chemical load. I know, the manufacturer says to remove them from the tub and let them dry out. I believe they have become cozy homes for a nasty bacterium called pseudomonas aeruginosa which can lead to hair follicule infection or &#34;hot tub folliculitis,&#34; aka &#34;hot tub rash.&#34; I developed the classic itchy bumps on my back at about the same time I noticed the deposits on the floor of the hot tub. I pulled the cushions from the tub and was stunned to see them draining bruwn yuck!! Even with the chemical load checked daily with the 7-chemical test strips. Obviously that chemical load is not maintained within the cushion, and the nooks and crannies of the cushion filler material.<br />They worked perfectly until due to my not following directions they became infected, as did I. I tossed the cushions in the trash. So user/buyer beware...they will I believe perform adequately if, and likely only if, you do pull them and let them drain dry (as in DRY) between uses. For daily users like me, that's not going to happen.<br /><br />So I'm looking for something less prone to this issue, basically a booster seat, but something that 'sees' the chemical load refreshing in real time.

This is a nice product, but it causes the spa alkalinity and pH to drop dramatically. This is after rinsing the pillow numerous times. The pillow must have a high acidity which causes the water chemistry to change.

used it and found the ub had masses of tinmy gravel in it the next time we went to use it. Was told we could leave it in the tub but I dont think this is correct. Managed to vacuum the grit out and after removing the cushion the grit did not come back so have to assume there is a connection
