It arrived earlier than expected, packaged properly but not excessively. It is simple to use, easy to empty replace the water reservoir. I highly recommend it.

Not worth the money or effort!. Doesn't have a filter to protect the condenser coils, although the housing has a slot for a filter. Contacting Homelabs customer service is a waste of time, they do not manufacture the product and really know nothing about the product. total lack of product support.

This dehumidifier has worked continuously for months since I bought it. Reasonably quiet. Very easy to clean filter.

Bought this in January 2022 and it has been completely reliable, turning damp air in my basement into pleasant, dry air. It has a screw-on opening for a hose that I use to convey the water into the my sump pump (hose not included). I would definitely buy this again. The only negative is that it is slightly noisy.

During the few weeks of spring and fall when in Florida there is little need of heating or air conditioning, we find out tightly sealed home holds enough humidity that leather shoes and leather covered books begin to actually grow mold on them. After looking at dehumidifiers vs air filters, we decided the air filters only capture what's floating around instead of addressing the direct problem of moisture which is what feeds the mold in the first place.My only hesitation was the heat generated by dehumidifiers. That has not been a problem. The unit is noisier than I'd like but it does cycle so its not a constant annoyance. It has stopped the problem we were having, so mission accomplished! It is easy to dump the water and works incredibly well.
