This is a good book and has many suggestions for how to improve your oral hygiene. If you have been just using a conventional approach to cleaning your teeth this book is an eye opener. It has completely changed how I think about and care for my teeth. Highly recommended.

I have been looking for an introductory book on holistic dental care for quite some time. After reading this book, I have a good grasp on the basics of how our mouth works, what creates dental issues, and received some very easy to implement solutions for how to better care for my teeth. Definitely a book to add to your bookshelf if you are sick of spending tons of money at the dentist and want a more natural and cost-effective solution to a healthy mouth. This book did not use very much jargon and was easy to understand.

Wonderful book- I filled in a cavity naturally (yes, it really works)! I'm taking K2, D3 & A and following (most of) the advice in this book and my teeth are the best they've ever been- my dentist said I can go longer between cleanings now too! Buy this book, you'll get your money back (and then some) on your next dental visit. Thank you Nadine for writing this! ????

Written by a non-dental person. Some helpful advise but mainly meant to sell her product line. The explanations and advice are seriously out dated and use very old, disproven scientific theories. You would be better to buy a dental; book by someone in the dental field with current science and advise. Rev. Dr. Stephen A. Lawrence

When I first read this book I was wowed. Every chapter was chocked full of valuable learning and insight and I consider myself a learned person. I was so wowed, I considered purchasing this book for several of my friends and family. However, in my journey to save my worn teeth, and with the passage of time, most of the tips/strategies I gathered from reading this book were not the tips/strategies/products that help me resolve my teeth/gum/bite issues. While the book is relatively inexpensive and well worth the price in that it was empowering and gave me hope; the majority of the products I purchased as a result of reading this book were costly and mostly ineffective, including and especially the products from Living Libations, the author's company. .

I started reading this book after having numerous teeth infections, 2 rounds of antibiotics and ear aches. My dentists wouldn't be able to offer any solution how to deal with and prevent it except for expensive dental procedures. Thanks to this book, I am feeling much better and intend to read more on a subject! This book was an eye-opener for me. I wish I had read it 30 years ago!

Great for anyone who wants to practice a more natural self dental care. Full of simple tips and strategies for respecting the MicroBio in your mouth. My mouth feels healthier and cleaner, and I know I am doing it in a healthier way.
