As a follow up after 2 more emails your customer service rep responds to tell me that after she told me two weeks ago that my order would ship and she gave me the wrong tracking number and would be sending me the correct tracking number later, and explaining that she couldn't overnight me the missing part of my order. TODAY almost 4 weeks after my original order she tells me that the order will ship today and be overnighted to me and I should have it tomorrow. Why couldn't the missing pieces be overnighted to me two weeks ago when I asked she wouldn't answer that. Why wasn't it shipped when she said it was she didn't know. Why didn't she follow up with the order is beyond me. I hopeless someone reads this my order was a simple 4 piece I would expect far worse for a large purchase. Don't do business with these people it's the worse experience made worse by lying yo the customer. Again I had to select 1 star I would have given then 0 stars.
