Awesome quality as usually. Great for tightening up my posture and refine my technique. Plus my punching bag is getting repaired currently, so the focus pads allow me to still get a workout in. Also is a great physical balance to my Qigong (inner work). Highly recommend!! Great for working off pend up lockdown energy.
