AliMed® MultiBoot™ X-Cel™ Contracture Boot with Synthetic Fleece Liner incorporates advanced skin care features that protect fragile skin. Unlike other contracture boots, AliMed’s MultiBoot X-Cel has smooth, rounded edges on all contact surfaces—no rough knobs to tear fragile skin. Anti-rotation bar and attachment knob are also smooth, reducing the risk of skin tears when patients cross their legs. Transfers and walking without the included outsole are safer than with other contracture boots. Bottom weight-bearing surface is flat with or without the outsole—no wobbly knobs to stand on or slip on. Broad rubber outsole securely attaches in flat clip mount and features aggressive nonskid surface for extra stability. Twist-resistant toe plate protector locks in place for greater safety during ambulation. Synthetic fleece liner is generously cut to offer comfort as well as maximum foot and ankle coverage and protection. Ideal for longer term use or for limited ambulation. Includes outsole, toe protector, toe plate, and anti-rotation bar.

Breathable, moisture-wicking liner keeps fragile skin cool and dry, reducing skin breakdown while additional calf padding safeguards the fragile Achilles region and fully suspends heel for optimal airflow, wound healing, and pressure relief.
MultiBoot Standard offers the essentials to meet your needs at an economical price. The standard model includes our secure semirigid plastic shell, offering excellent protection from footdrop contracture and full heel suspension. The laminated, washable synthetic fleece liner offers comfortable padded protection. Optional toe plate cover and ambulation outsole are available to complete this budget-friendly option.
