I have found these paddles very helpful.. I have a very bad shoulder so the adjustment capability was very important to me. A PT gave me a pretty good routine that I follow and I've been able to avoid a shoulder replacement.... so far!

After a hip fracture, I participated in a water exercise program at the YMCA where these were used. They are easy to use and offer extra resistance for working on the upper body.
