My adult and teenage chickens love this wheat. The last 2 bags had round, black seeds in with the wheat which was vetch seed. Sadly, all of our chickens will not eat it. Hopefully when it germinates in the spring the chickens will eat the sprouts. We do plan to start fermenting our feed so maybe this will help. Danielle, a representative from Azure suggested sprouting the vetch seeds as well. There has not been a lot of debris in the three bags I have opened which I appreciate!
