This flour is great for pancakes, waffles, and muffins. My kids cant taste a difference. However, the flour doesnt work as well in yeasted doughs. The dough is very dense and has a strong wheat flavor.

this flour is awesome!I've used it to make everything from pet treats to pizza dough. the consistency is really soft, and when mixed gives a great dough.

I've So far used this twice for white milk sourdough bread (half this four and half AP). Loving it!! Kind of reminds me of French bread found in many grocery stores.
