I used to use walmarts brand and then I got this brand. I liked it at first but it will NOT DRY! It took me longer than it should for my treats to DRY! And if youre a treatmaker you know chocolate not drying fast just makes disasters. Dont buy this chocolate please

Love using Merckens! I use it for white, milk, and dark! It melts smoothly and doesnt overheat as fast as other brands. I have been using this brand for 2 years and love it. Just make sure to keep chocolate in an airtight container after opening the bag
