I love bees, and while I don't love the original pattern of this dinnerware, this mug is gorgeous. I washed it in the dishwasher over the weekend - used it all day. No regrets.They are porceline, so they are heavy - but that pattern is absolutely gorgeous.

I received this as a gift. It is a pretty mug and is pleasant to hold. The capacity is about 8 ounces.Due to its low capacity and the fact that it's made of porcelain, I don't use it as a travel mug. I use it around the house when I want something slightly more insulated than a regular ceramic mug, but less utilitarian than a stainless steel travel mug. The silicone lid works well and I haven't had any trouble with leaks.As for insulation, while it is a thick-walled mug, it doesn't keep hot drinks hot for very long compared to my stainless steel travel mugs. However, it does a good job at not being too hot to hold when there is hot liquid inside, and it is microwaveable.
