I received this product, when I opened it the mirror was completely shattered. I emailed the seller on Sunday, and by Wednesday I had a replacement at my house. Could not be happier with the customer service, and the bar back is beautiful behind my bar.Five stars all day on this item

This bar back really finished iff the pub room. We love it! Doesn't quite match the bar but that's not even noticeable because it looks so great. I did pay someone to hang it and so glad I did. It was easy to put together just a few pieces on sides and bottom rail but it it extremely heavy and it is large. Even anchored to the wall I am hesitant to put a lot of weight on it. We hung wine glasses and put some memorabilia on shelf. It does come with the metal bar for hanging so if you are handy with a drill and anchors and have two strong lifters it is certainly possible to do it yourself.

The product seems to be good and resistant, but they sent it to me without the necessary fittings, I requested their replacement but they told me that they did not have them and I had to get them on my own. This should not happen, it seems unprofessional to me

I LIKE IT, BUT IT CAME CRACKED ON THE SIDE AND A CRACK IN THE MIRROR. IT WAS TOO HEAVY TO SEND BACK SO MY GRANDSON PUSHED THE PIECE THAT WAS CRACKED TOGETHER. THERE WAS NOTHING WE COULD DO WITH THE CRACK IN THE MIRROR. IT COULD BE WORTH THE MONEY IF IT WAS DELIVERED IN GOOD CONDITION. I AM DISSAPOINTED BECAUSE I REALLY LOVED IT. I BROUGHT IT TO PUT IN MY BASEMENT AFTER THE REMODLE AND EVERYTHING IS NEW AND IN GOOD CONDITION EXCEPT FOR THIS. SAD.
