• How soon will I receive my order?

  Most orders can be fulfilled within 20 days, including production day and transition day.

  Our production time depends on overall order volume, factory capacity, the complexity of logo, imprint methods, product types and so on. We process all orders in a first come first served basis, and we promise we are working as hard as we can to get your order in your hands as quickly as possible. In case of rush orders, please email our customer service team.

  Delivery varies with seasonal demand and order size, but express service may be possible if needed. You can check the delivery date in the following ways.

  2. You can also check the delivery date on the shopping cart page before placing the order. It should be noted that the delivery date here is only estimated, and the final delivery time needs to be confirmed by email.
