• How to use first custom order coupon for new user？

  Once you have completed a design, we will prepare a 10% off discount code for your first custom order. It's worth noting that this coupon is available to new users who place their first order of $100 or more at Opentip.com and only applies to custom orders.

  You can pay attention to our email with the subject line Order Design "your design name" with 10% off Coupon by xxx (design date). You can copy the discount code in the email and go to your shopping cart page. (Tips: Remember to pay attention to the valid date and use restriction of the coupon)

  

  When purchasing the custom product, there is a “Coupon Code” at the top of checkout on the shopping cart page. Click on the “+” on the right to make it “-”. Paste the Coupon Code just copied and click “Apply”, then you can use the Coupon successfully.
