Coupon FAQ

• Why is the coupon not working?
  Please read our Coupon Terms and Conditions, check to see if the coupon code is expired and make sure the items in your Shopping Cart are eligible for the promotion. For example, the following two typical product types are not eligible for coupon use.
  
  (1). Coupons can’t be redeemed for products that join Opentip Buy More Save More campaign. An active product in Buy More Save More Program will be marked with a visual indicator on the product page.
  
  

  

  
  
  (2). The products with multiple prices are not valid for coupons as well. You will see a price and quantity table on the product page if a product has multiple price settings.
