This is a very pretty little desk which holds a desktop computer very nicely, if a little close. It would work beautifully for a laptop. Even better for stationary and notebooks. The legs are long enough that I can put my legs under it comfortably, which is surprisingly rare. (I'm 6'3)A good, compact desk ideal for a student's room or kitchen office.It is solid, the drawers fit and function well, a little paraffin on the slides and they are silent as well. Put together correctly it does NOT wobble. I put it together in very little time, less than 30 minutes.Also, the packaging protected the corners and smooth surfaces in shipping, it arrived in perfect condition.

I was so happy to find this great desk. It is very easy to assemble and was completed quickly. Once together it's light weight. The parts are well-made and it's very sturdy. Keep in mind it is a small writing desk. I am 52 small framed and it works perfectly for me.I plan on having it for years to come.

This is a nice small desk that could be better. For example, they could have drilled better pilot holes in the bottom of the hutch to make it easier to screw this on, so you might want to do this if you own a drill. The hutch puts my monitor at a good ergonomic eye height. I bought the matching corner table which gives me a larger and attractive surface area. By the way, the color is on the orange side, but so is the honey in my cabinet, so I think the name is accurate.

I bought this for my 85-year old mother who is tiny and also has a small living space. It's perfect. She can write letters and address cards on it, and the height is good for a smaller person like her. It is solid wood, except for the panel on the very back of the hutch part, which is particleboard or cardboard....nevertheless, pretty substantial, overall and very simple to assemble, taking me about 15 minutes from unpacking to finish...the hardware was actually machined well and fit together with no problem. There are no drawer stops in the 2 smaller drawers, which are pretty tiny, but good for holding small objects like paper clips, stamps, etc. The wood stain isn't offensive, but does have a slightly orange hue. However, it's a pretty decent match for the maple furniture she has nearby. Overall, an excellent value for the cost, and much better than what you'd usually find in this price range.

I wanted a small desk for a spot in my kitchen; this one fit the space perfectly. I'm a female senior citizen, and I can tell you that I didn't even need the instructions to put the desk together in a little over 30 minutes. It came packaged in such a way that there were no scratches or dings...and the color is a warm color as stated. I look forward to enjoying this little wooden desk for years to come!

This is a good quality small desk. I did not see any cheap particle board pieces and thought the quality of the material was very good for the price... however, one piece of trim on the bottom of the desk was loose. It was attached by 3 small staples and some glue. I had to re-glue it so I'm knocking off 1/2 a star but I don't think it's that big of an issue, especially for the price.Just be aware that this is a small desk.So 4.5 stars from me.... and rounding up to 5 stars.
