We did have to send the original delivered table back as there were quite a few rough areas on the table top. The second table arrived just fine. We have this in the basement and it is a fun way to relax with a homemade meal and almost feel as though you are eating out. It's gets a lot of compliments too~

We got these to use in our business as high tables (for design, prep, etc) and they arrived exactly as described. They're definitely not the highest quality table around (I wouldn't put this in my home) and all of the tables we ordered came scratched or dented. But for an office or workspace they're great.

As seems typical with furniture delivery, it had issues. There was a hole punched thru the box and a chip out of the table, probably from a careless forklift operator, and a crack all the way across the table where I'm guessing the box was dropped or something dropped on it. in other words, pretty sure the damage was all post-packaging. Not bad enough to trouble with returning it (angle brackets more or less fixed the crack). On the plus side, it was exactly what I wanted, right size, fit together no problems, no wobbles. Had it not been damaged it would have got a 5.

I shopped for almost one year at local department stores for saddle Seat Stools. This was the best price I found, and I am very pleased with the product. Assembling them was simple.

Purchased this table,quick shipping, fits togethor very easily, was not missing any parts. Sturdy table would recommend unless one can find the same table in the same condition used.

really nice. Solid wood. I actually bought 2 so that when I have friends over I can combine them under a table cloth. Great height for tall people. Its a little shaky though but that could be because I am not the handiest person and I put it together.

Ordered this as a Christmas gift for my husband. He has been wanting a bar height table for a long time. This one is sturdy and goes well with stools I got from Wal-Mart. There were 2 small dings in the top. I put a drop of water in each ding and overnight the areas raised. With a bit of wood touch-up marker they are barely noticeable. We love this table.

Mine had some flaws in the top, just like everyone else who wrote a review, but I love my table, it works great with my stools and looks fantastic in the dinning room.

We were looking for a small high top table to match our Crate and Barrel Basque bar stools and dining room. Our old place had a counter bordering the kitchen, but our new place didn't. It did, however, have a small breakfast nook, so we looked around for a high top table for which we could use our bar stools.Reviews on this guy seemed positive overall, although quite a few people complained about table damage due to packaging issues. When our table showed up via UPS we were a bit concerned, because the package had some dents.... but the table was fine. No nicks or dents at all. The manufacturer has put in a ~3/8 piece of styrofoam between the cardboard and the top side of the table top. And the legs are all nicely wrapped in another layer of cardboard.There was a slight chemical smell from the stain when we first opened it, but it went away very quickly.It looks beautiful and the stain looks to be the same quality of our (very expensive) Crate and Barrel dining room furniture. We couldn't be happier.

You would think a nice, sturdy, simple bar-height table would be easy to find - but they aren't. I bought three of these to use as stand-up work stations at my office. These Winsome tables are perfect size for that. They fit our need of having stand-up work stations to fit a computer and keyboard, and be used occasionally by employees who need a break from sitting. We got the matching saddle stools for another option. Tables are solid and roomy. Design-wise they are plain and classic enough to fit modern or traditional.

This is perfect for those who want to use it as a high desk, to use either with a high stool or as a standing desk that's in fashion these days because of the alarmist news about sitting too long. High quality wood, easy to put together.

The table was well worth the price. It is made pf solid wood and matched perfectly with the chairs I had.

I needed a table for my small kitchen to act as extra counter space. I needed something sturdy where I could put all my baby's materials (bottles, sterilizer, bottle warmer, etc) and this table turned out to be exactly right for the job. Not only does it fit all that stuff but I also can fit a fruit basket and a couple of cookbooks. Additionally, it is the perfect height to keep these kinds of things at hand without having to bend over at all. The wood is also sturdier than I imagined. I have accidentally spilled water and other things on its surface, and have been able to quickly clean it (even if I left it there for a while--it still hasn't been noticeably damaged at all). I really love this table and think the price was reasonable considering what good quality it is.

We got this for our waiting room (with four tall bar stools) and it looks great, is solid, and very much worth the price.
