I ordered this product from Furnituremaxx and the Seat Lever is not working. I have asked Round Hill Furniture (manufacturer) for a replacement part. I will update the post based on the manufacturer feedback.Update: There is a black cap that needs to be removed from the stem before you put the seat on it. Here is the video - How to check a bar stool if the hydraulic doesn't work - YouTube. Now its working fine and I am changing the rating for an excellent customer service.

I don't have a bar for my stool, I just want to use it to do my hair in the mirror in my bathroom. It is really helpful! I used to stand for a really long time making my legs tired because I couldn't find a stool high enough to see siting down. It looks just like it does online. This is a very nice stool and very reasonable also.

We purchased this Winsome Spectrum ABS Airlift Swivel Stool to replace another we have used every single day for almost 8 years at work. It is the primary chair we use for working at a retail counter computer and the primary users are men well over 200 lbs. After 8 years of valiant service the previous one just finally gave out. I was so happy with the quality of the first one that I purchased this identical one and am looking forward to using another long lived swivel stool.The stool arrives unassembled but assembly is quick and easy. The biggest problem we had with the previous chair was the faux leather cover stated to wear out and fall apart after about 6 years, but I need to reiterate, there was a lot of use so a casual user is unlikely to have the same problem.Great chair, flawless pneumatic control and pretty comfortable too. Great price and fast shipping! Highly recommended.

If you're wondering about weight, I'm 242 (working on it) and so far so good. This little stool seems to support me rather well. Another thing, the seat is hard on the azz. It's a cool little stool, pretty new age looking, but it's not so good on comfort. Way worth the purchase in my opinion, but if you get this you will most likely have to put a cushion or pillow on the seat. i was skeptical this would be a cheap made in China thing and it maybe made in China, but it's a tough little stool. REcommend.
