It arrived quickly, and took two minutes to unpack. It folded upright easily, is an excellent color, and better than I expected. A guest arrived the same day, and used it immediately. It holds a medium full suitcase without any problems. I highly recommend this product.

I love this product. Of course, I've just begun using the two that I purchased and have left them in a rental property. I'll see in six months if they've held up. They are attractive, easy to fold and store, and seem, stury enough when put together, which is an easy process. At this point I'm very happy with them.

I purchased this for my husband who travels often as part of his job. Because of the negative reviews I read, I was a little nervous about the condition I would find it in upon delivery. I'm please it say that the luggage rack is not scratched, cracked, or broken and the finish is exactly the color I was expecting. There are no areas where the stain was applied unevenly or the surface is rough. It shipped in a heavy box with foam padding wrapped around it and extra cardboard protecting the corners and joints.The size is perfect and the nylon straps that the suitcase rests on sewn securely, not stapled, around the frame. The bottom shelf/shoe rack is also very solid and well made. In my opinion, there is nothing flimsy about this luggage rack and the price is very reasonable.I am so glad I decided to take a chance on this product!

These are just as functional as the plain tubular models, but more attractive for the small price differential. Plus, the utility shelf that can be used or swung out of the way is very helpful for travelers.

We don't rent out our lake house but like to invite friends. It gives them a place to put their bag other than on the bed. Keeps things organized. It is attractive, doesn't look like we stole it from a hotel room and sturdy for a heavy bag. I am thinking of getting one for all the bedrooms not just the guest room.

Fine folded furniture is not so easy to find - Guests appreciate having a place for their suitcases...I like that there's room even for their shoes! My guest room is an office w/out closet - this makes it possible.
