The wife has been looking for a shelf set like this for awhile, I stumbled across this one and for the price I bought it for her. She loves it and it looks great with very easy directions wss a breeze to put together. Thanks again for a great product.

I bought 2 of these for decorative purposes to display knick-knacks as opposed to heavy books. Bottom shelves would be strong enough but upper 2 shelves have less depth (picture shows shelf sizes very well) . Color is a true espresso (dark in color). Assembly was pretty straight forward and instructions were clear. The only thing that I noticed was that the lacquer finish was a little uneven in places. It gives a rustic look to the finish as opposed to a smooth glossy wood finish. It is not noticeable unless you are very close to it or run your hand over the wood. There are more expensive ladder type products out there but I was happy with this purchase.

There are a lot of options to choose from but the height was perfect (aligned with the book shelves I bought). It was easy to put together and very firm and looks great. The wood as an 'inconsistent' finish to it but apparently it is consistent with the high-dollar comparisons I seen at International Imports and Pier 1. Very pleased with the product.

Love it, easy to put up. All the screws and bolts were complete, none missing. Delivered on time and a good packaging. The shelf is not flimsy in any way, td quite sturdy for the price. Happy with it overall.

I needed a way to overwinter my plants and I liked the look of this shelf unit. The shelves hold plants that are about 8 inches tall comfortably. The top shelf can also hold three plants in four inch pots. This looks great in the room and the plants look nice on it. The only negative would be the color. It's so hard to match Espresso. I have two desks in the same room that are both espresso, but all three pieces are a different color. I would say that this shelf unit is close to a dark brown/black.
