Este producto es ideal para toda repostera. Ayuda a mantener firme las cremas, sobretodo en climas calurosos. Si est bien tapado no se daa el producto, y dura muchsimo tiempo. No puedo estar sin ello en mi alacena.

I've tried a few brands for Royal icing and so far this is by far the best! Easy to use, you only need a little for a large batch of icing and the results are great! Highly recommend for royal icing makers!

I've tried other brands of meringue powder and have literally thrown them in the garbage. This product allows my colors and royal icing in general to be much more stable with MUCH less bleeding. My cookie pictures from nocrumbleftbehind on etsy can allow you to see for yourself! The only powder I use because I totally trust it!!!!
