I really love this product!<br />I actually use the muffin top pan to make mini cheese pizzas.

I was worried this would be a pain in the butt to keep clean and keep the muffin tops from sticking. But I spray with baking spray before use and it's been great. My family loves the muffin tops. Be advised, they are the same volume as a muffin just flatter.

My wife and I loved it. Worked out great! Instead of one large pan of cornbread, she made 12 individual personal size pieces of cornbread.

I have one Wilton Muffin Top Pan and one cheaper off-brand pan. I recently made a double batch so used both pans at the same time, lightly greasing each individual cup. The Wilton pan released the muffins with no effort and almost no washing necessary, the same batter in the off-brand pan stuck badly and it required soaking and hard scrubbing to clean. I knew the Wilton pan would do better, but I had no idea how much difference there would be.
