Wow! Where has this been all my life! Baked cookies on this and they came right off, browned on the bottom, cleaned up easy. Love, love, love!

Having read a lot of reviews of baking mats that "smoked," "burned," "bubbled," and had funny smells, I was wondering if anybody still made a decent silicone mat for baking. I have a pair of older Kitchenaid mats that are great, but they are too small for my larger baking trays. These mats appear to be identical in performance - which is great! They will become stained with use, but I don't care about that. When you use things, it is normal for them to get a bit less than perfect looking. A darker color for the mat would probably make better sense in this regard, but for the price and performance, totally OK with me. They do a great job. I make large batches of baked tofu as my girlfriend and I are eating WFPB now for health reasons and it's an easy healthy snack that doesn't raise your insulin levels.. These mats let me bake the tofu at 415 for 25 minutes and they come out perfectly and do not stick. They need no oil to do this and they fit my Wilton baking trays (also very nice and heavy) nearly perfectly - they would fit a bit better if they were slightly larger, but that's not a big deal. My Kitchenaid mats have been working great for probably 10 years and I expect I will get the same kind of durability from these as they feel identical. Highly recommended. The kitchenaid mats work great for gingerbread cookies, too, though they will definitely raise your insulin levels.... Still, it's just not Christmas without gingerbread.... and it's only once a year :) All of these mats clean pretty well with the green side of a kitchen sponge and some soap, but some stains, like from soy sauce will remain. Excellent product and easy to use. Good buy!

The review from 2018 has made me hesitant to purchase this. I’m a baker. This is hands down the BEST product you can use. I wish they’d make one for macaroons too. I have made over 30,000 bagels on one mat.

This liner saves time and money. Time cleaning your cookie sheet and money on parchment and aluminum foil and non-stick sprays. Great product!
