I used these for cornbread. We ate two and froze the rest. I also want to use it for banana breads, and going to try it for one serving size of meatloaf. We like to cook and freeze ahead since just the two of us.

I use this pan for making mini banana bread loafs. The pan itself is perfect except it is a bit of a hassel to clean, especially the corners. Other than that, this pan is wonderful.

Haven’t used it yet, I’m sure it works fine since I have many pans from this brand. But it came chipped. I noticed after I took off all plastic and it’s chipped at the edge so not worth the return. But wanted to mentioned this in a review so others can check theirs before removing plastic or to check if it’s chipped where food actually bakes.
