WGD WG Wood Products TP 21 Solid Wood Recessed in wall Bathroom Toilet Paper Holder Multiple Finishes P9146171WGD-TP-21-UNF https://cdnimages.opentip.com/full/WGD/WGD-TP-21-UNF.jpg WG Wood Products TP 21 Solid Wood Recessed in wall Bathroom Toilet Paper Holder Multiple Finishes Manufacturer Part Number: TP-21Have you ever wondered why recessed toilet paper holders don\'t actually recess? It\'s because of how they are made. Our unique recessed toilet paper holders FULLY recess into the wall with only the frame on the outside, which serves to cover up the rough edges of your wall opening. Additionally, we are the only manufacturer to raise the roller. Why is this important? When you put a new roll on the roller, the roll hangs down about ¾\" because the core of the roll is bigger than the roller. That means that it usually drags on the bottom of the holder until you use some. We raise our rollers to account for that larger core. So even new rolls won\'t drag. And our holders are 7\" high inside - big enough to handle ANY roll on the market today - even the huge Charmin Mega rolls and Costco rolls - with room to spare! Available with five different front frames, and multiple finishes! Choose from unfinished stain ready, or primed ready to paint, or already finished for you in white enamel. We invite you to try and find a better toilet paper holder for the money! Perfect for any bathroom. Recesses in the wall between the studs (or you can also mount it in the side of a vanity if you have clearance inside), simply glues in place with construction adhesive on the back side of the frame (can also be screwed to studs on either side if you wish to do that). Entire holder is SOLID pine - no cheap MDF here! The box is 3.5\" deep inside and gives you plenty of usable depth, but fits in standard 2x4 walls. How much of the roll projects from the holder? That depends on which roll you are using, but because we use the entire wall depth, your roll is recessed as far as it can possibly go. You will likely recess almost the entire roll. All frames project from the wall only ¾\", except Wall Hugger style (TP-21) which only projects ¼\" from the wall. If you are replacing a current holder, you MUST have the ability to enlarge your wall opening. Our holder is larger than any other holder on the market today. You will need a wall opening 7 1/8\"w x 8 5/8\"h and 4\" of depth (standard 2x4 walls). 9146171 7431038690605 12.1700lbs 12.00 10.00 14.00

The unit was put together well. The only thing I didn't care for is that the the nail holes are filled with a wood putty that is also smeared over the surrounding wood. Even with light sanding prior to staining, the smeared wood putty was highlighted by the stain. This was not visible prior to staining.
