This standing desk converter was very easy to set up. I am happy overall with the purchase. HOWEVER, note that the desk does not lock in place unless it is raised a minimum of 6 inches. For me that means when I sit , the laptop is lower than I would like it to be. I can't imagine putting a riser under the laptop - its not designed for that. Other than that its a great desk.

Sitting down all day is not for me - has me in a lot of pain in places I didn't know I had. This desk is GREAT- super sturdy - space for my laptop, a notebook, and I can lean on it. Has helped a lot and is the top recommendation of my orthopedist. I also got the anti-fatigue mat to stand on.

I am so pleased with this computer lift!I was worried it might be difficult to raise and lower but it is so SMOOTH and easily adjustable. I like to stand about 50 of the time so this perfect for me. It was a plus that it comes ready to use right out of the box, no assembly at all! The work surface is smooth and my mouse runs on it well without a mouse pad.
